DESIGN SERVICES
Creating a customized set of plans and specifications is critical to solving design problems and also for consistent bidding between contractors. We will perform a site evlauation of your facility and analyze the requirements of the roofing system. All roofing system options will be evaluated and selection of the proper roof system will be determined. Written specifications will be generated utilizing all information gathered incorporating the clients requirements, long term outlook for the building and budget..
Project details will be generated for each roof penetration. Also included in the design services will be the following.
PREPERATION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Which will include:
- Instructions to Bidders
- General Conditions
- Proposal Forms
- Detailed Installation Procedures
SELECTION OF CONTRACTORS FOR BIDDING BASED ON THE PROPSED ROOF SYSTEM
CONDUCT A PRE-BID MEETING WITH SELECTED CONTRACTORS
REVIEW BIDS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS
PREPARATION OF CONTRACTS IF REQUIRED
PREPARE ALL CHANGE ORDERS AND APPROVE CERTIFICATES FOR PAYMENT
The complete specifications will be provided in a written specification booklet including all necessary drawings and construction details.
